Southern California Conference Office Transitioning to Virtual Operations

According to the rapidly changing and progressing COVID-19 situation we are currently facing, the Southern California Conference has made a decision to transition its office operations to a virtual environment. This shift will take place beginning March 18 through March 31, 2020.

During this pandemic, the conference has formed a Coronavirus Intervention Committee (CIC), This committee has been closely monitoring the progress of this situation and the official guidelines from the CDC and local government entities as they relate to the safety of our employees and members. During the next few weeks, the CIC along with conference administration will evaluate whether virtual operations need to be extended.

We understand that these are unprecedented times, and we seek to provide the care and service you need most. It is our goal that our conference office staff will continue serving our employees and members without interruption. Please visit our conference website for the contact information of each department: scc.adventist.org/contact.

These are challenging times for us all. We trust in God to provide peace and protection, and we know that He will be with us all the while. We follow wise and prudent counsel, yet we do not fear. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling” Psalm 46:1-3 (NKJV).
